There are many Bed and Breakfast Inns in Lunenburg but only one "1880 Kaulbach House". To stay as a guest in one of our six rooms is to experience the charm and atmosphere of an era long past.
Prices
- CDN $99 to $169 depending on style of room and seasonal rate. For details of individual room rates please check our Accommodation/Rooms page.
- Low Season: Jan 1st to May 31st/Oct 16th to Dec 31st. Mid Season: June 1st to June 30th/Oct 1st to Oct 15th. High Season: July 1st to Sept 30th.
- Rates based on double occupancy. The Bluenose Suite can accommodate four people. There is a charge of $25 per extra person per night.
- Taxes are not included.
- Credit cards accepted (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
- Please provide credit card details to secure reservation. We only book by voice or on line. We suggest online as it gives you the opportunity to understand the cancellation policy.
Policy
- A 50% deposit is required on booking to guarantee your reservation.
- The deposit is refundable provided you cancel no later than 14 days prior to arrival.
- In addition, your credit card will be charged the full room rate for every day reserved if you do not cancel within 48 hours of your arrival date.
- A $25.00 processing fee will be applied to your credit card for any cancellation or room change.
Conditions of Stay
- Our standard time for check-in is 4pm. Early arrivals may be accommodated where possible. Our check-out time is 11 am. Prior information of late check-ins is appreciated.
- Pets are not permitted as we have no facilities for them.
- This is a non-smoking establishment.
