CAR PARKING
Kaulbach House guests enjoy the convenience of private onsite parking right in the heart of the old town. We are the only B&B with off street parking in the old town.
WIFI COVERAGE
Free and fast WIFI is provided throughout the house - No complaints since we installed a commercial access point :). Ideal if you are staying on holiday or on a business trip. Passwords are available in the room..
BREAKFAST
Breakfast is freshly cooked and made with locally sourced ingredients and served in our dining room between 8.30 and 9.00 am. If you have special dietary requirements or have an early or late start to your day, please let us know in advance and we will do our utmost to accommodate you.
OLD TOWN LOCATION
Kaulbach House is located right in the heart of the UNESCO Old Town. We are a couple of minutes walk from the historic harbour front whilst being only a couple of streets from the three churches andright on the main commercial street of Lincoln.
MODERN BATHROOMS
All rooms are equipped with a modern bathroom including thermostatic showers with rainshowers, high efficiency wash down toilets and LED mirrors
